You own your documents. Delete any uploaded file and it is permanently removed from our storage and vector index — no backups, no lingering copies. Cancel your account and everything goes with it.
Your company name, tagline, and contact details are stored locally in your browser. They are never sent to our servers. Even we cannot see your branding settings.
Technical note: DraftYourBid uses OpenAI's API in zero data retention mode — meaning OpenAI does not store or use your document content or generated proposals to improve their models. Your documents are chunked, embedded, and stored in your private Supabase database with row-level security. No employee of DraftYourBid can read your documents or proposals.
